Who provides Vantage

Vantage is provided by KODEN ApS, [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Copenhagen, Denmark, CVR [CVR NUMBER] ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

What Vantage is

Vantage lets you test products and marketing against simulated audiences grounded in real, publicly voiced player opinions, by market. Outputs combine measured market records with simulated reactions. Where a number carries validation, the surface says so and shows how it was measured; simulated voices are always labeled as simulated.

Vantage informs decisions; it does not guarantee them. Predictions and simulations are decision support, not a promise of commercial outcomes, and should not be your only basis for material business decisions.

Accounts and organizations

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• An organization's owner controls membership and roles. Invite links are bearer tokens: anyone who holds a valid link can join, so share them only with the person you intend.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and use Vantage on behalf of a business.

Subscription and payment

• Vantage Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Each subscription includes a monthly usage allowance shared by your team. Optional prepaid credits cover usage beyond the allowance and are consumed at the same rate.
• You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prepaid credits are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing period.

Your content

You own what you bring: briefs, uploads, and the questions you ask. You grant us the license needed to process that content to provide the service, including processing by the AI providers named in the privacy policy. We do not use your workspace content to build products for other customers.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for what you do with the outputs.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the service, or to access another organization's data.
• No reselling or systematic extraction of the underlying community voice records.
• No use of outputs to harass, deceive, or target individuals.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim in a subscription year is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes are announced with reasonable notice, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, with disputes settled by the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
