Vantage helps game publishers understand how audiences in different markets react to products. The evidence behind it is what players have already said in public. If you have posted publicly about games, this page explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have. The controller is KODEN ApS, Copenhagen, Denmark (mathias@kodenconsulting.com).
We collect only what was posted publicly. We do not collect private messages, and we do not show author names or handles anywhere in the product. Customers see market-level patterns and individual opinions without attribution to their authors.
To do this, the text is processed with AI services (Anthropic for classification, Google for indexing) and stored in our database, hosted in the European Union.
We process this data under legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): market research over opinions their authors chose to publish, aggregated to market level, never used to target, profile, or contact individuals, and never sold. Because the corpus is collected at scale from public platforms, notifying each author individually is not practicable; this page is our public notice under Article 14.
Posts remain in the research corpus while they stay relevant for market analysis. When a community window is re-collected, older copies of that window are replaced.
You can object to this processing or ask for your posts to be removed. Write to mathias@kodenconsulting.com with a link to the post (or the text and where it was posted) so we can find it. You can also complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency) or your local supervisory authority. Our privacy policy covers everything else we process.
