Vantage is operated by KODEN ApS, [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Copenhagen, Denmark, CVR [CVR NUMBER] ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests: mathias@kodenconsulting.com.
Vantage is built to be GDPR compliant: your workspace data is hosted in the EU, we run no advertising or cross-site tracking, and you can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. We do use one first-party product-analytics provider to understand how the product is used, described below.
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Email, password (stored as a hash), company name. Used to sign you in and identify your workspace. | Contract |
| Workspace content | Product briefs, uploaded files (key art, trailers, documents), the questions you ask, the answers and reports generated for you. | Contract |
| Billing | Subscription and payment references from Stripe. Card details are collected by Stripe directly and never reach us. | Contract, legal obligation |
| Usage metering | Per-member counts of billed actions and their processing cost, so your team's monthly allowance can be tracked and shown in Settings. | Contract, legitimate interest |
| Community research data | Publicly posted opinions about games, aggregated by market. Described in full on the data sources page. | Legitimate interest |
We do not collect device fingerprints or location data, and we use no advertising trackers and no cross-site tracking. We do use Contentsquare, a product-analytics provider, to see how people move through the product so we can improve it: it records page views and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. It is first-party and used only on this site.
Workspace data is stored with Supabase in the European Union (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland). The application runs on Cloudflare's edge network.
We share data with these providers, each under a data-processing agreement:
| Provider | What they process |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication, and file storage (EU region). |
| Cloudflare | Application hosting and delivery. |
| Anthropic | AI processing of briefs, questions, and uploaded creative to generate answers. Your account identity is not attached to these requests. |
| Text indexing (embeddings) that powers search over community voices. | |
| Stripe | Payments and subscription management, as merchant of record. Stripe collects billing details directly from you. |
| Contentsquare | Product analytics: page views and on-page interactions, so we can see how the product is used and improve it. First-party to this site, never used for advertising. |
Providers based outside the EU process data under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy framework) as set out in their data-processing agreements.
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Workspace content (briefs, conversations, reports, uploads) | For the life of your account. Deleted when you delete a product, a conversation, or your account. |
| Share links | Expire after 30 days and are removed shortly after. |
| Team invites | Expire after 14 days; unused invites are removed after expiry. |
| Per-member usage attribution | Detached from the individual member after 90 days; org-level totals remain for billing. |
| Billing records | Up to 24 months after account closure, then deleted. Stripe retains its own records as required by financial law. |
| Cached analysis artifacts | Rebuilt continuously; stale copies are removed within 60 days. |
| Product usage measurements | An anonymous first-party identifier groups the steps of one visit, and expires after 30 days. The originating network address is kept for up to 7 days to limit abuse, then removed. The measurements themselves are deleted after 12 months. |
Your session is kept in your browser's local storage and is strictly necessary to keep you signed in. Our product-analytics provider, Contentsquare, sets its own first-party identifier so it can tell one visit from another. There is no advertising and no cross-site tracking.
Members of your organization can see each other's email addresses. Owners, admins, and billing members can additionally see each member's share of the organization's monthly usage, for billing purposes.
